Pre-launch disclosure draft · 9 September 2026
This text describes the current implementation and planned production deployment. Professional legal review and a final release-specific update are still required. It is not legal certification.
Pre-launch scope
This website provides information about Lymo Wallet. There is no public wallet download, trading service, deposit facility or enabled mainnet Send offered here. These terms are a pre-launch draft, not a production launch agreement or a request to fund qualification wallets.
Lymo Wallet is a product name. The accountable legal entity, applicable regional terms and any mandatory consumer disclosures require confirmation before public release. Questions can be sent to lymo.app1@gmail.com.
Non-custodial software
Lymo provides wallet software and supporting infrastructure. You control your customer seed phrase and private keys. Lymo does not take custody of customer cryptocurrency or maintain a server-side recovery copy of those keys.
You are responsible for safely backing up and protecting recovery information, securing your device and checking the legitimacy of software and support communications. Lymo cannot recreate lost recovery information, freeze an independent blockchain or recover assets taken by someone with your keys.
Your transaction decisions
Check the entire recipient address, asset, network, recipient amount and fees before signing. An abbreviated address, token ticker or fiat estimate is not a substitute for the final review. Transactions may be irreversible, and incorrect addresses or networks can cause permanent loss.
Network fees and processing times vary. Broadcast is not final settlement. Transactions may remain pending, fail, be reorganized or be affected by network/provider outages. An app status is an interpretation of verified available evidence, not a financial guarantee.
Protocol restrictions, spendability, pending-transaction conflicts, insufficient fees, unsupported assets and verified integrity concerns can prevent a transaction. Non-custodial ownership does not guarantee that any particular Lymo service or feature will always be available.
Disclosed application and network fees
The approved Lymo Send component is 1.00%, capped at US$10 equivalent. Applicable blockchain costs and fee-collection overhead are also included in the quote’s Fee presentation. No hidden minimum Lymo fee or waiver policy is offered. Amounts below the minimum technically executable Send are rejected.
BTC, LTC, DOGE and SOL native amounts represent total spend after which fees are deducted to calculate the recipient amount. ETH and POL represent maximum total debit with a fixed recipient amount; unused gas allowance stays in the wallet. Token recipient amounts remain exact, with applicable fees separately funded in ETH or SOL. See the amount-model explanation.
Exact costs depend on the accepted quote and actual settlement. Some network costs, including failed transactions or completed token approvals, can be incurred without the intended transfer completing. Do not assume that an app failure reverses blockchain fees.
Assets, information and third parties
Supported assets and features can vary by network, app version and release readiness. Registry inclusion is not an endorsement of an asset, its issuer, its value or its safety. Tokens may impose issuer controls or protocol conditions that Lymo cannot remove.
Market prices and fiat conversions are informational, can become stale and are not an offer, investment advice or tax advice. Cryptocurrency values may fall substantially. You are responsible for your decisions and any applicable tax or legal obligations.
Fly.io, Cloudflare, Google and selected market/RPC providers support defined parts of the architecture. Their services and independent blockchains have their own terms and availability. The Privacy Policy explains the respective data flows.
Company operations utility
Lymo Operations Alerts is a designated-operator, send-only Gmail connection. Customers do not need to grant Gmail access to own or operate a wallet. Connecting the operator account does not authorize mainnet transactions or custody of customer keys. The operator can revoke access in Google Account settings.
Safe and lawful use
Use Lymo only in ways permitted by applicable law and supported protocol rules. Do not use the public website to submit secrets, impersonate support, attack infrastructure or mislead others about Lymo’s availability or security.
Report suspected security issues responsibly using the contact page. Do not expose another person’s private information in a report.
Review before release
No promise of uninterrupted availability, investment return, deposit insurance or risk-free operation is made. Nothing in this draft is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Professional legal review is required before launch, including legal identity, jurisdiction-specific consumer terms, liability, dispute handling and any restrictions actually required by law. We have not invented an arbitration clause, governing jurisdiction or company registration to complete this draft.
