Include a short description and, when relevant, your app version and device model. Email support is not a real-time transaction approval service. No response-time guarantee is offered.
What not to send
Never send a seed phrase, private key, password, authentication code or provider credential. Do not include wallet screenshots or full transaction details unless necessary and an appropriate sharing method has been agreed.
Lymo support cannot restore a lost seed phrase, reverse a blockchain transfer or unlock funds by asking you to pay. Do not fund any address supplied by someone claiming that payment is required for support.
Privacy and security reports
Use a subject such as “Lymo privacy request” or “Lymo security report” and describe the issue without secret material. The Privacy Policy explains available requests and the limits of deletion for public blockchain data.
Official website
This is Lymo’s public information website at lymowallet.com. It never asks you to connect a wallet or enter recovery information. Lymo is still in development, and this website does not provide an app download.
