Purpose and operator
Lymo Operations Alerts sends operational notifications for Lymo infrastructure. Only the designated Lymo operator should connect a Google account. The approved sender and notification destination is lymo.app1@gmail.com.
Customers do not connect Gmail to use their wallets. The utility does not collect seed phrases or private keys and cannot sign customer transactions. Consent is not permission to launch Lymo or use mainnet funds.
Only the ability to send email
The requested Google permission is https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send. It permits sending operational emails from the connected account. The utility does not request access to read the inbox, contacts, calendars or Google Drive.
Messages contain limited service-health/security categories or test references. Customer addresses, balances, transaction content and credentials must not be included.
How the connection is protected
OAuth client credentials and the renewable grant are company operational secrets. The administrative copy uses Windows user-bound encryption; the intended deployed mail transport uses Fly.io runtime secret storage. They are separate from Google Cloud KMS company authorization keys and from all customer wallet keys.
Google processes account authentication and Gmail delivery. Delivered messages can remain in the sending and receiving accounts. Read the dedicated Google data and Operations Alerts disclosure, including the Limited Use commitment.
Disconnecting and support
The operator can revoke the connection at Google Account → Third-party connections. Revocation stops future authorized sending but does not delete previously delivered emails or infrastructure audit records.
